Return and Refund Policy

At Ganiyu Binabdul Trading W.L.L., we are committed to providing customers with genuine, high-quality products and reliable after-sales service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which a product may be returned, exchanged, repaired, or refunded.

1.  Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

• The laptop is defective or has a manufacturing fault upon delivery. 
• The wrong product or specification was supplied. 
• The product was damaged during delivery and the damage is reported promptly. 
• The product does not match the agreed specifications stated on the invoice. 

Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Product Condition

For a return to be accepted:

• The laptop must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, charger, manuals, and other supplied items. 
• The product must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, or physical modification. 
• The serial number and warranty labels must remain intact. 
• Proof of purchase/invoice must be provided. 

3. Warranty & Defective Products

Most of our products are advertised with a 2-year P-Warranty, as stated on the product advertisement.

For genuine manufacturing defects covered under warranty, the product may be subject to inspection, repair, replacement, or other applicable warranty service.

Warranty coverage does not normally include damage caused by accidents, misuse, liquid spills, unauthorized repairs, software alterations, or normal wear and tear.

4. Refund Policy

A refund may be considered where:

• The product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect that cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced. 
• The wrong product was supplied and a suitable replacement is unavailable. 
• Ganiyu Binabdul Trading W.L.L. confirms that a refund is appropriate. 

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns

Because laptops are high-value electronic products, change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted once the product has been opened, activated, or used.

Any exception is subject to approval by Ganiyu Binabdul Trading W.L.L. and may depend on the product being completely unused and in its original sealed condition.

6. Delivery Damage

Customers should inspect the package upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported to us as soon as possible, preferably with photographs or video evidence of the package and product.

7. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and determine the appropriate resolution. Customers will be informed of the outcome after the inspection.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method and within the processing period applicable to that payment method.

8. Important Notice

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections applicable under the laws of the State of Qatar.
